Was very satisfied with the ash ottoman I ordered. The color was a perfect match to offset my living room furniture. Very comfortable!

Lovely! We have the matching couch too and they look great together. The only thing is… the ottoman is a lot harder than the couch. So when you sit and sink into the couch, your legs on the ottoman are elevated a little since your legs don’t sink in. Only had the couch 2 months and just now ordered the ottoman, but I guess it could be that we broke in the couch already and that’s why they are different. Overall, great product.

Just like the sofa, the “ash” upholstery seems very cheap. I think this set will be short lived

Great neutral color. Light, but the material is such that I don't need to worry about it looking dirty or dingy because it has speckled-like darker threads that run through the fabric. Super soft feel and large enough so folks likely wouldn't even need a coffee table as this could be both an ottoman or double as a coffee table by putting a big ottoman tray on it.

Very comfortable. Sturdy and solid.
