I received this item more than 100 days after I placed the order — it arrived only 6 days before Thanksgiving. By the time it finally came, the same product had already gone on sale. The item looks wrinkled and worn, almost like a used product, and it looks completely different from the photos on the website. I’m very unhappy with the quality and would like to return it, but there has been no response regarding my return request. I hope Wayfair can address this issue as soon as possible.
