Item is beautiful but came damaged, Wayfair customer service has been very helpful and they resolved my issue

If I can rate it with negative stars I would, it gets 1 star because that’s my only option. Horrible bed, on every aspect. For an almost 600, I wouldn’t even buy it for 60. The off gassing of the toxic chemicals is so horrible, we kept the bed in my daughters room for 3 days only. I don’t even want to donate it because I don’t want any human inhaling its toxins in a confined area like a bedrooms. The bedroom still reeks of that bad odor. It should be forbidden to sell furniture like that. Yes it’s cute but. It’s so cheaply made, so flimsy, and also not as safe as you would think. The drawers were even faulty the assembly pro guy couldn’t even install them because of the tacky hardware it comes with. Customer service through chat was a nightmare, but with one phone call after 5 attempts of chatting to get a result, I was refunded the whole amount. What a waste of time buying it and getting installed only to disassemble it and toss it a few days later. DO NOT BUY!

Bed arrived quickly and though it was a hassle to put together, and some of the pieces didn’t match up exactly— it’s generally sturdy and my kid loves it. Adult guests have slept in it with no problem.

Extremely difficult to put together, cheap material, and has so many scratches. I do not recommend this toddler bed. The price was 379, but when I added it to the cart, it went up to 420 for a size twin.

This bed looks cute from outside, however the material seems to be low quality, it contains strong smells even after a couple weeks. It doesn’t feel safe for my daughter to use due to the concern of unknown chemicals. I wish I could return it but seems impractical because I don’t have the original packaging any more. Also the assembly is pretty difficult because the angles of the parts are not aligned properly. I would not recommend it at all
