I have loved everything I have bought from Wayfair except this bed. It was to be my 2 year old grandson’s first bed. Before he could use it full time the bed frame split and it had to be thrown away. I have tried to get a refund but I have not had satisfactory customer service. This bed was advertised to hold a certain amount of pounds which was false. Your response to me is unsatisfactory and not what I had to expect from Wayfair. You have lost a very faithful customer.

The bed is very flimsy and keeps creaking making us think that we may fall any moment. Also, it is not easy to assemble. One definitely needs a screw driller which not mentioned in the description. It took me 4 hrs to assemble the supporting planks below the mattress

This is a really nice, great quality bed.
