Love this chair so far! Very comfortable. I love all the adjustments, I havent hooked up the bluetooth or massage feature yet. Easy to assemble too!

Chair support broke and damaged my shoulder. Still waiting for resolution. I am not very happy.

The chair broke when we were putting it together. The wood in the seat just snapped. Customer service was excellent, they sent out a replacement chair ASAP. The chair is ok, itll work for what we need it for. UPDATE- we've had the replacement chair for about a month and the arm snapped in half. Luckily we had the other broken chair and between the two can use the pieces to make a full chair. I do not recommend this chair.

i bought this for my boyfriend’s birthday and we love it, it took about 30 minutes to put together. The speakers are pretty nice. It also has a massage setting which i honestly didn’t know but makes me love it more. i really do recommend this!
