Comfortable sofa I love the quality and design. The workers who delivered and assembled the set are courteous. There is off alignment of the left side love seat (while facing the seat). The right side partner seat does not operate to raise the reclining-head rest foot rest. Photos are shown to show the unaligned. The head part of the left seat shows loosenesscrumpled the control button section lower part (middle of control panel) shows missing cover. Both seats is supposed to work with separate control, is that correct But only one seat on the left (facing and standing) is working and has control location. We need your advise as to what we are going to do now . Thank you for your kind understanding immediate action .

I had an excellent experience with wayfair. I was so satisfied with the product quality, price and service.
