Best couch ever! Best available price! Such a great deal! Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a big, deep comfy sectional. Delivery as within time frame, installers were nice and finished work quickly. Definitely a steal deal!

Worst Wayfair experience ever!! DO NOT order this unit. Horrible shipment experience. I originally placed this order with the impression that the sectional is very unique, decided to take a chance on this as there are no reviews. Wayfair canceled my order within two days and had me replace the order. I waited two weeks past the expected delivery date only for them to tell me that my shipment got lost in transit. I called nearly every single day and they had to escalate the issue multiple times. I was told to wait for an email every time. Finally, I received the order after having to put it in the third time. The delivery team made the delivery, however, refused to put my package together. Although white glove service was included, the delivery men asked for money to assist with putting the units together. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. When the unit was finally assembled (took a day off work and did this myself), there were missing parts, and I had to escalate further to Wayfair. It has been over two months of constant headaches with this unit, Ive spoken to 20 Wayfair representatives and am still waiting on a complete sectional. I am very disappointed in the customer service. Additionally, the quality of the sectional is not worth the price. Even on sale, this unit is cheaply made and does not look like the pictures (color is off). Please find your furniture elsewhere and invest in a piece you will love.
