Demi-lit escamotable à fermeture automatique et semi-ouvert idéal pour la chambre d'amis, la chambre d'amis, le bureau personnel

Extremely disappointed. This product has lots of issues including safety 1. Quality was very disappointing: I bought this one because it was described as having a solid wood frame. But all parts were MDF 2. One of the brass handles was warped and did not line up with the holes nor lay flat. We had to use a vice to untwist it 3. Instructions were horrible: very confusing with inaccurate depictions and missing a critical safety component, "plywood #8", with the instructions to install that critical safety step so it was securely attached were not decipherable. So we called Wayfair for help 4. Support was well-intended but ineffective: They did their best to help and offered to send some plywood and they gave us the number to the manufacturer, but the number was invalid and the part, which we are curious what it will actually be, will not arrive for 10 days 5. Unable to complete assembly: We tried support again when the manufacturer number did not work. That chat session representative told us that they are not allowed to give out manufacture info and had no way to help us with the product instructions and said our only option was to hire an Angi person through Wayfair. My husband has pro quality mechanical skills and can fix or build anything, so another handy person was not what we needed. 6. Paying a Wayfair handy person (Angi partnership) to fix a Wayfair problem product is unreasonable. We are still waiting to use as we cannot complete the install to the wall without the proper safety components. There were no reviews for this product. I will not make that mistake again for such a hefty investment.
