Product arrived earlier than expected. It was easy to assembly following the instructions. Did need 2 people as the pieces are heavy. It is the color I expected very soft to the touch. Comfortable to sit on and just the right height. My 2 teenage grandkids can sit in together Update: the chair description was incorrect and it would not support my weight and recline. Customer Service did a great job identifying the issue. They are updating the description information and my issue has been resolved. This is a great chair if you weight under 330 lbs.

Recliner was easy to set up and color is as described on website. The main issue is it isn’t as comfortable as listed and not well padded. It’s unfortunate.

Giant chair arms are wood so without the pillow, it's hard. Feux rabbit fur is cheap.
