I was a little nervous buying a couch without trying it in person, but this exceeded every expectation. From the moment it arrived, I was blown away by the quality. The cushions strike the perfect balance between firm support and cloud-like comfort — ideal for both sitting upright during work calls and lounging during a long Netflix binge. The fabric is soft, easy to clean, and shows no signs of wear even after months of heavy use. The stylish design works beautifully in my space. Absolutely worth every penny!

This is a VERY good buy. It’s easy to assemble, soft feel and comfortable. The cushion and seats are big. It also brightens the room. I’m glad I got it.

Versatile and sleek. It’s comfortable, easy to put together. I had issues with the delivery but they were resolved by Wayfair.

Bad Customer Service. I first contacted customer service online, and the representative told me she would schedule a free return pickup after requesting more information and photos. She asked if Thursday would work for the pickup, so I went ahead and packed everything to be ready. A few days later, a customer service manager called, asking for more photos, which required me to unpack the four large boxes of sofa parts. I did as requested, and packed everything after that. Then, another customer service representative contacted me again, asking for additional photos, which would require assembling all the parts. However, I had already packed everything twice. It's been a week, and I still haven’t heard back from them about scheduling the return. It is a terrible shopping experience.
