Very comfortable and exactly as pictured!

Looks great, features are useful, and I like the balance of firm to plush. It was delivered without the center cup holders, but Parker House sent the parts without question. Only complaint is that the cord for the headrests was broken during delivery and the replacement cord sent to me was significantly shorter, so I need to use an extension cord. I didn’t try asking for a second replacement cord.

This was just delivered today and so far I love it. It came with white glove delivery and the delivery guys were great! They were so friendly, brought it in, set it up, plugged everything in and made sure everything worked. Ive only sat on it briefly but it seems perfect, especially if you like a slightly firm sofa, yet it still has some give to it. I think it will be a great purchase.
