Update on 10/3 - Wayfair did send me a new couch but their vendor, Hub Group, was supposed to pick up the defective couch on 10/2. They were a no-show and did not communicate so we waited all day at home for the pickup. This is terrible service. Still waiting for them to call, to schedule another pick up. I am very unhappy with this purchase Allstate denied the claim - do not get the insurance! Will follow up with Wayfair on this defect! Update - 5 months into owning this couch, the leather is peeling. I bought the insurance, but it was not easy to deal with Allstate. It wanted to give me a stain remover when I sent pics of the peeling leather. I will see how Allstate will fix this. Beautiful couch and works well.

We just received the couch today and it is well above our expectations! It is so gorgeous and comfortable! We’re so incredibly impressed with the color feel! We absolutely love it.

This is a great sofa. It’s very comfortable, works great with the power recliner. The color is exactly what I was looking for. Set up was very good, fast and easy.

This was a really nice couch and the set up guys also did a great job throughout the process. Would recommend again.

Loving the new couch, the delivery was smooth, they assembled it and made sure the electrical was working properly, i got the gray color, i like it, comfortable and my husband is ready for football.
