The sofa is really great. The delivery company - not so much. My delivery was delayed twice and I finally got it the third time. The first delay had no reason listed, just rescheduled for 3 days later. The second delivery window, I received the AI phone call that morning and took the day off work to wait. The delivery instructions stated to call me so I could meet them at the gate and their AI was given the same instruction when it called. Somehow it was rescheduled stating that the place was closed. There was no call from the driver and I was home waiting about two minutes from the gate. Very frustrating to waste a whole day of PTO for nothing. The reschedule was 3 more days later and this time I sat out by the gate for two and a half hours to make sure. The actual delivery that day went smoothly and the driver and helper were both professional, courteous and efficient. Overall happy with purchase just don’t know if I’ll ever order again if it requires delivery.

love the color and material.

Looks great in my room, very comfortable. I find the controls to be in an awkward place, would be better on the outside of the arms, also makes using the usb difficult. The description says hidden compartments, they are well hidden as I have not found them yet. Would appreciate knowing where they are.
