Canapé inclinable électrique Veras

I have had this sofa and 2 recliners for almost two years and they are the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever owned! I tried to get them to take it back about 2 months into it but they wouldn’t do it! I gave them some breakin time but almost 2 year and still hard as a rock. The headrest is over stuffed and hard as Fred Flintstones pillow, it doesn’t fully recline basically it goes to a foot rest.
