Fabric:Dark Brown Microfiber
Looks exactly like the pictures, and the fabric is really soft and comfortable. The size is perfect for my space, and the cushions feel supportive. I’ve already gotten compliments on it. Highly recommended!

Fabric:Beige Microfiber
Be aware that although it is described as "microfiber" it is a vinyl-y feeling fabric that is more like something you'd find in an office waiting room. It is not cozy or homey. Came through with a busted roller, will need to get it replaced in order to use it. Color and functionality are described accurately, but not at all the fabric. **UPDATE 6 weeks later: the roller was replaced within 3 weeks and we finished assembly, causing me to lower the 3 stars to 1. Truly this thing is horrible: It is difficult to fold the bed out with just one person, as it is very heavy and awkward. It slides all over the floor, though if you have carpet that will help; if not, you will need to jerry-rig it. The storage areas is nearly useless, as you have to hold the (very heavy) seat up to get at it, and even then it is hard to access. Only for storage of very rarely used items and could injure a small child if they manage to lift it up, stick their head or limbs in, and let go. Overall, I'm very disappointed in what the description and pictures do not adequate show. I'm going to request Wayfair honor a return but based on recent family encounters with Wayfair, I'm not holding out much hope.
