This is not a bad chaise, but it really is not what I consider a sofa. The picture shows it away from the wall. This item has no wooden structure. It inflates like a box mattress, which I didn't realize until I unboxed it. I still thought it may work, so I let it inflate. It is big and floppy. Since the back has no re-enforcement, it is way too floppy to be considered a sofa back. You either have to sit hunched over in the seat or lay down since the back is more like a giant pillow. Will absolutely not work in my space. I could see it as a chaise/bed in an efficiency apartment, but as a sofa in an actual living room, no. Not easy to return once it is unboxed. There are 2 pieces (not including the 5 pillows) and both are huge and quite unwieldy. It is super soft though. Wished I'd known more about it before I bought it. Wayfair did arrange for someone to come pick it up, though, so Wayfair is still the first place I'll go to for household items!
