Open Box buyer beware. While the sofa quality seems like it would be a nice quality, I received the following: Received: Black felt covered SIDE base 2 odd covers (maybe arm covers?) DIDN’T RECEIVE: center base with cover Back support with cover Bottom cushion with cover Back cushion with cover 4 feet I didn’t receive ANYTHING that I ordered and customer service wouldn’t send me a replacement. They offered a refund and the hassle that went along with it. 2 hours on the phone texting customer service and 4 additional calls trying to get to a supervisor who was in the end worthless. And now I’m stuck with the additional hassle of getting rid of the useless “chair” parts which will not be easy. (Excuse the missing baseboards, we are remodeling.)

The material was not as soft as er wanted it to be. Returned product. We wanted a soft touch material for the cushions.

Es súper lindo el sofá, tiene buen tamaño y es súper cómodo. La tela es perfecta para quienes tienen animalitos porque se limpia muy fácil y si la mancha es muy fuerte, solo echa el forro a la lavadora y quedará como nuevo

This is a beautiful couch for the price Very comfortable easy to assemble but the material stayed wrinkly on the armrest and back of the couch.
