This is a comfortable recliner. The leather is of good quality. It is easy to operate. The only thing that I would change is that you cannot independently operate the foot rest and back rest. When you raise the footrests the back also reclines. You can move the headrest independently. I have only used the cupholders a few times but they work as described.

Very nice loveseat. I like the reclining features.

Needs a pillow at the top but overall a win

I bought online without trying it out based on the quality of the materials and the warranty. I’m very pleased with it. It looks nice with plenty of seat and leg room for me at 5’10”, and it is comfortable and supportive. Soft recliners do not provide the back support I need for watching 3 hour football games or sleeping off a nap. Plus which, the adjustable head and neck support which positions my head at the perfect viewing angle. I purchased a recliner rechargeable battery pack that allows me to place the recliner wherever I want in the room. I’ve no need for heat, usb chargers, or vibrating coils, just a quality recliner that for my money beats out flex steel or LaZyboys.
