This product specifically states that it fits a letter sized file folder in the description. It is actually built to fit only a legal sized hanging folder, and does not actually fit a letter sized one unless you buy a separate insert. Separate inserts do not fit in this slim profile drawer, so now I have two completely useless file drawers. I tried to explain the problem to customer service and their only solution was for me to disassemble the drawers completely (it took me two hours each to assemble these drawers) and then ship them back, rather than send me an insert that would fit. I absolutely do not recommend.

Works fine. Does not allow for label tabs on hanging files.

Took two hours to assemble! Lots of pieces and the front wheel on the bottom drawer looks cheap.

In the description is says fully assembled except for 5 casters. It didn't come fully assembled. You really need to read the reviews to get the big picture on products which I usually do but didn't on this one. I just liked what I saw. One review also said letter or legal size which was only legal size as he said so don't skip the reviews. I do like the 2 drawers feature.
