Overall bad experience. The product arrived (via FedEx) looking as though it had been through a war zone. Many parts were missing. This may or not have been the fault of the manufacturer. I filed a claim through Wayfair (an annoying process as they go out of their way to make sure you can't call up and speak to a human being). The seller was quick to respond, and offered to replace all missing and damaged parts. Fine - I thought it was a fair resolution as shipping mishaps do happen. I requested expedited shipping for the replacement parts as I needed to finish the project asap. Instead the manufacturer chose FedEx ground - with equivalent delivery times as that of the 1800's Pony Express. And of course FedEx was 4 days late past their projected delivery date. When I finally had the replacement parts in hand, they were packaged as if someone's life was at stake. It took me literally 20 minutes to unbox and go through all of the packing protection. I appreciated the effort, but if this type of care was taken with the original delivery, follow-up deliveries would be less needed. I'm a crafty person, but I still found the assembly to be very annoying. The directions made sense to me, but I imagine to be confusing for a novice. The manufacturer would do well to post an assembly video online. It would only require 2 employees plus someone to record from a cell phone. GET WITH THE TIMES PEOPLE!!! Like other reviewers have stated, while it is heavy in weight, the materials lack in quality. The pressed wood easily chips/falls apart and the veneer easily scratches. I had to use wood glue to help stabilize an area where the wood fell apart around a cam screw that was inserted. Again - I'm crafty enough to make it work. Once it is all assembled it feels rather sturdy. But the poor quality of the pressed wood makes me wonder how long it will last. If left in one spot and used very little, it could last a while. Constant moving and opening/closing of the drawers will surely lead to an early demise. I highly un-recommend this product.

It’s a little less sturdy than expected, but really like it. Also one part of the instructions is a bit tricky because not extremely well labeled. It does matter which direction the sliding rails go.

Style is great. Hard to open and close smoothly but super easy to roll around. Holds a lot of items and even have a t.v. set on top with no issues about the weight.

Would have been worth assembly hassle had materials, especially paper veneer, been of good quality. Damaged but drawers are being replaced. Update, it's wobbly and other areas of the veneer have cracked through.....Furniture of America is NOT well made.
