Ensemble de chambre configurable avec lit plateforme Lancaster

I purchased the entire Lancaster Bed Room Set. I must say that it looks great, I am happy with the color of the wood the quality of the furniture and how it is made. The only difference from what is picture are the bed rails. The rails on the picture the design is facing down to the floor but when they installed the the design faces up. The straight edge of the rail is facing the floor. I did notified Wayfair customer service about the rails in the picture but overall I am happy with the entire set. The customer service was great they kept me posted with my delivery time and date and made sure everything I received was to my satisfaction. The freight company that delivered the set was very courteous and cleaned up the empty boxes after they were done unpacking the furniture. Therefore I am very pleased and giving my first experience with Wayfair 5 Stars. I will be doing more business with Wayfair. First impressions for a business are always important for me being a first time customer. Thanks again, SRG
