I was very hesitant to purchase a sofa online, sight unseen. After doing a lot of research and talking with the people at Hydeline, I decided to take the plunge. Hydeline was very upfront with everything regarding pricing, shipping and delivery date. Our custom Sofa actually came ahead of schedule. The leather and the color are exactly what I was anticipating. I was concerned about the firmness of the seat cushions and the seat length. The seat cushions are exactly as described; firm yet comfortable. The delivery process was seamless and hassle free. Again, I was a little worried about this, since I had never had this experience. I would recommend Hydeline to anyone. They make a great quality product and provide friendly, professional communication.
