Ensemble de table de salle à manger pour déjeuner

Simple to assemble but directions are just pictures. I like the set, it is exactly what I was looking for BUT the table top was very bad. Warped, dented with a strange spot on it. I immediately contacted Wayfair the day it came (12/31/24). After showing numerous pictures they agreed to fix it. Then they called back and said that would not be possible would I like a discount. NO. The table top is unusable and would be embarrassed for anyone to see. Then the said they would have to send the whole set (3) boxes. I was to just take the new top (if it was good) and swap it out. Then reseal the box and FedEx would pick it up. They gave me a date 1/10/25. It did NOT arrive. I called they reordered. FedEx came to pick the bad one up but I had not received the good one so wasted trip. I called again. Today 1/26/25 I am STILL waiting for the replacement. Meanwhile to kitchen table to eat off of. This is long enough and Wayfair who in the past had been great needs to get this fixed. Not happy with this transaction. Now two months since I originally ordered this I have contacted Wayfair on multiple occasions. The first guy had a great solution because I had already assembled EVERYTHING and the last thing was the table top. He had a way That I would not have to disassemble it all, just swap out the top but somehow they dropped the ball and want me to disassemble it all (I am 71), pack it up and ship it all back. Well I do not have the boxes anymore because the original person wasn’t going to do it that way. Everyone I speak to doesn’t know their right from their left. Two months no table to eat at yet they have dropped the price on this unit by $200. The LEAST they could do is refund that amount for the horrible service they have not provided. Over a week ago I was told they would call me in48 hours or less. 10 days and nothing but I see they said they shipped it and it would be here between the 13-17th. I specifically told them I would be out of state from the 10th-20th and my husband who is disabled could not pick it up and change it out. So why are they sending it when I told them I would be gone? The table box is 60 lbs.! Stupid and incompetent customer service. If this ever gets taken care of it will be the last time I buy from Wayfair. No one should pay $1300 to go through this.
