The product seems good, it's the customer service that we received. We recently moved to a new home. When we placed the order, we updated the address for delivery. Wayfair, defaulted to our old address. We contacted Wayfair to get this corrected. Following their directions for contacting the courier company, with the order being delivered on 3 different days, we were in contact with the courier updating the address. At the end of the day, our order was delivered on all delivery dates to our old address and courier informed me that only Wayfair can change the address not the customer.
