Cute, but average quality for the price. My piece had a flaw as the joint on bottom left wood corner of the decorative corner of the visible "wood" trim frame separated, which I think I can repair, so not worth the hassle of returning. I do like the size and the design but the back interior, though not visible as is covered by fabric, is not constructed of wood framing as it flexed with pressure picking it up but was able to be pushed back out so it is not visible. Likely a temporary furniture piece best for a prop and not heavy day to day use. The piece is contemporary. The color and fabric is pleasing to look at. The swivel base is hollow black tubing.
