I bought this chair to help me after surgery. I have had it for about a week. It’s been okay. The massage option is nice. I did not feel the heat. I wish I could sit it more upright with the leg rest up. I do feel like the back of it has already started to lean more, like someone too heavy has sat in it and bent the metal. No one has done that, but it does feel like it is leaning more to one side than the other. I purchased the warranty, but I’m hoping I won’t have to return it.
