Love the chair. It was bought for me but the wife and in-laws jump in it any chance they get, even though none of them are fans of recliners. Only things I would change would be to have the blu tooth audio have the ability to pair with the television. It’s nice to be able to pair to your phone or tablet but that only is practical if you are all alone. If there is a device to allow that, I am not aware. I would also separate the leg and backrest functions. Minor and uncommon problem though. Highly recommend.

We love the chairs, but giving them a 4 star because we hate the hum from the motor. When the room is quiet, it’s very annoying. Wish there was a way for them to run quietly. If you are trying to rest in the chair, with the glide on, it’s very annoying. We also wish the heat went farther up the back. We couldn’t get both the chairs to connect to the tv, for the sound, at the same time. It would do one, but with the second connected, it was garbled. Maybe because they are sitting side by side, too close together. They are too heavy for us to separate them and try it so we just don’t use it. Over all, we still move the chairs.

The massage feature is wonderful. At the end of the day it helps to reduce any discomfort I may have.

It is the best recliner I have purchased. The lumbar massages just were i need it. Love that it has Bluetooth, so I could listen to my music.
