yikes! ordered two of these and the massager connection is incorrect and cannot connect. tried calling customer service only to get a recording they’re having system issues. everything else seemed to work fine we went over twice trying to make sure we didn’t miss something.

The chair was very easy to put together and the look is beautiful. The comfort level is 9 out 10. My only criticism is that it is a little shaky and the arms are not as stable as they should be. Their not stablestrong enough to bare a lot of weight...all and all I am mostly satisfied
