These are working perfectly for my in-laws! The color is great.

The chair is mechanically faulty and will not come to the full upright position which is necessary for a lift to stand recliner. There has been no resolved to the issue. Wayfair has ghosted me.

I didn't realize that I hadn't reviewed this chair! mu husband had a serious fall and I was very distracted. He loves it ~ from the comfort to the cup holders!

Product failed after 3 months. It no longer functions

To start off the delivery persons ignore delivery instructions and left it outside the closed office instead of bringing it an extra floor up to my apartment as instructed, so I had to hire someone to bring it to my apartment so it did not get stolen since it was too heavy for me to do myself. Then the chair did not have any of the remotes or hardware to set up when the person arrived that I paid to put it together. At that time I was told by the set-up person that she had contacted Wayfair and was told they would send word to the manufacture regarding the missing part. Then received email from Wayfair telling me a person would be back to set it up 2 weeks later. All the while I had a chair in my living room that could not even be used. After a couple days of not hearing anything from anyone I contacted the manufacturer myself and then I finally got the missing items sent within 4 days. Then I had to reschedule the set up to come right away instead of 2 weeks later. Now the chair has an issue it’s the hydraulic system to where it tilts to the left when reclining and going back down. Again waiting to hear back about this issue. What a major disappointment and hassle
