works perfectly for my space, was a bear to put together. lots of cabinet space and storage, the build is pretty sturdy. Definitely have 2-3 people working on this, I almost gave myself a concussion trying to put in the folding arm of the desk. I've had it for about a month now. I have it sitting on carpet, so the bed scrapes the bottom rail every time I open it which may present an issue as time goes on. Note that the hanging section does not fit full size hangers unless you angle them diagonally to fit. I ended up using kid size hangers. Don't ever expect to fold up the desk, I don't know that it's particularly useful. I imagine most people use desks all the time so removing everything to fold it up seems unlikely.

Instructions for assembly needs improvement. Installation can be done with 2 people even though it suggest 4. Unfortunately had missing parts but wayfair provided assist in a manner with was very acceptable. After speaking with Wayfair, discovered also one of the parts is warped (bottom frame below bed). I had to make modifications to correct this but would suggest vendor improvements with this area. General hardware for actual murphy bed part is decent. Hopefully Earevukke will further improve this product.
