Great Power-lift Recliner! Had a chair before this one that was way too big for my disabled husband - this chair is the perfect size for him (5’6” 230 lbs). Lift, heating vibration is great!

Product failed after 3 months. It no longer functions

To start off the delivery persons ignore delivery instructions and left it outside the closed office instead of bringing it an extra floor up to my apartment as instructed, so I had to hire someone to bring it to my apartment so it did not get stolen since it was too heavy for me to do myself. Then the chair did not have any of the remotes or hardware to set up when the person arrived that I paid to put it together. At that time I was told by the set-up person that she had contacted Wayfair and was told they would send word to the manufacture regarding the missing part. Then received email from Wayfair telling me a person would be back to set it up 2 weeks later. All the while I had a chair in my living room that could not even be used. After a couple days of not hearing anything from anyone I contacted the manufacturer myself and then I finally got the missing items sent within 4 days. Then I had to reschedule the set up to come right away instead of 2 weeks later. Now the chair has an issue it’s the hydraulic system to where it tilts to the left when reclining and going back down. Again waiting to hear back about this issue. What a major disappointment and hassle

This chair is plush. The head rest adjustment is a helpful feature when watching TV. The lift feature streamlines transfer to a wheelchair. We call it our "throne".
