This ottaman was beautiful, but unfortunately it was super uncomfortable. It was extremely firm. So if you are buying it just for looks, then it would be fine, but if youre buying it to actually use it, I would look for something else (ideally something you can actually test out for comfiness before you buy it)

Great quality for the price. Storage is ample. The fabric feels nice and soft. Very happy with the purchase

I was surprised to learn that you have to assemble this product completely. It’s not just the top. Assemble all the sides, the bottom and top. It will take longer than you anticipate. Also there are quality control issues. I received a defective screw (needed part and no extras), a hole was drilled too deeply which resulted in a dowel going in too deep and broke when removed. The manufacturer did send replacement parts within 5 days so if you are willing to wait you will get them. You can see some stickers were left on and a little tear (it’s inside and can’t see it when assembled). Maybe our ottoman was overlooked and others are better quality? For $400 buy something that doesn’t need the work or has the better quality control so you aren’t going to hardware stores like I did. 3 stars as the fabric is nice.

Very nice ottoman. Sturdy and made well. Not quite as easy to put together as they brag. Got it all together and had to take it apart and do again because we had the end panels reversed. But once together, it was very sturdy. Great size too.

Good size and quality! Assembly is required! Just the right size I needed for my family room!
