One of the seat cushions is defective. you can literally feel two screws through it when you sit down. There’s no way to fix it, so the chair is unusable. Customer service offered no real solution, leaving me with an incomplete set. Would not recommend.

Assembly instructions were straightforward and didn’t take too long to set up all 3. Very good quality and comfortable.

Once assembled, these counter stools are really nice. The height is perfect for a counter bar. The faux leather is soft and the chairs are sturdy. That said, they were a bit difficult to put together. You really have to get the seat lined up with back in the beginning, or else the rest of the assembly is compromised.
