Very firm, extra-wide seat. It does go low enough for me to sit at a regular desk by a few inches, but mostly I’d recommend this chair for a counter-height or taller desk. Arrived well packed and assembly was straightforward.

This chair is extremely comfortable. I'm 5'4" and just touch the floor when it's all the way down. It goes up enough for my husband at 6'3" to sit when all the way up . The only problem for him is that the back doesn't adjust, so the lumbar hits to low for him . If not for this I'd give it 5 stars . He also would like the seat length to be a little deeper. It's perfect for me. Memory foam seat ,adjustable foot rest, and easy to put together. Overall, l would definitely recommend.

I wanted to be a huge fan of this chair for my chiropractic office, but unfortunately I am not. The assembly instructions looked simple at first, but they were missing key details that would have made setup much easier. I did not scan the QR code to watch the video until I was already deep into the process, but the written instructions should have been far more complete. Another issue was the cap on the cylinder. It was incredibly difficult to remove, and if you are older or do not have much grip strength, I can see it being a real struggle. On the plus side, the chair is large, which is exactly what I wanted, and the height adjustment works well. However, it has a strange forward tilt, and the back does not recline at all. Instead of supporting you, it pushes you forward and feels stiff. Overall, I would not purchase this chair again for my office.

Excellent chair, purchased for use at sewing machine. I wanted a very firm chair with lumbar support and cushioning. Tried many, this is the best! Keeps me upright and the swivel to enter works well at machine. Very easy assembly, clear instructions. It is sturdy, extremely well-crafted. The rollers don’t work on carpet, must use an under desk mat. Adjusting is easy, glides smoothly. Happy sewer!
