These chairs are super soft and comfy. The back is shorter than I anticipated but, I still love them.

The chair arrived late and we had to order a substitute. Wayfair assured us that we could refuse delivery and they did not honor it. It is $150 if you refuse delivery, even if they are late. Their customer service was a nightmare and it cannot be returned to a Wayfair store (even if you live within 50 miles of a store). DO NOT buy large furniture from Wayfair unless you were certain of your purchase and can wait indefinitely for it to be delivered. I will not be shopping here again.

Delivery team was great. The chair is very soft, as mentioned in other reviews. The seat could be a little more "sink-in." However, overall a comfortable to read a book (if you add a footstool!).
