Timely delivery. Unfortunately one of the leg assemblies was broken on arrival. I reported the problem and was shipped a replacement pretty quickly. Light weight but sturdy. Pros: Good value,nice looking,good customer service Cons: Could be packaged better

I was disappointed with this product when I purchased the set of 4 chairs with sand cushion, and received 2 separate boxes. With a busy family we didn’t open the boxes right away and when we finally did, we were disappointed to discover 2 chairs with sand cushions in one box, and 2 chairs with the black cushions in the other. The black cushions has small tears in them and the wood was damaged. The box with the sand cushions didn’t have all the hardware either for both chairs. Regardless of the shipment mix-up, I do not recommend this product due to the damage to the cushions, wood and missing hardware. Unfortunately we just missed the return date so I guess we’re now stuck with these mid-matched and damaged chairs.
