The item camecompletely damagedand wayfair is charging us almost 73 for shipping plus we take U haul to trasport the bed. They dont include damaged item as option for refund. I will never be buying from wayfair again

Overall, for the cost paired with the quality of the material, we are very happy. It did take us about 2 hours to put together, so patience, and you definitely need two people. Id also recommend patience on the delivery. The pieces come in 3 separate boxes, and our first delivery had damage to the wood drawer base. We called Wayfair customer service, and their team is just so easy to work with. They got us a replacement sent, and the replacement bed had no damage to any of the pieces. It was a little frustrating because it meant we had to delay our mattress delivery, but the end result of the bed we are very satisfied with. It looks great and does a great job matching our existing espresso bedroom furniture as we were only upgrading our bed from a queen to a king, and we did not want to replace our whole bedroom set.

Awesome bed! Delivery men were top of the line and bed was super easy to put together - my husband and I had it complete in under 30 minutes!

It's really beautiful, and we're happy with it. Ours did arrive with a piece somewhat damaged, but customer service was great and made everything right very quickly. I definitely recommend this piece.
