The worst experience I've had, and I will never purchase anything from Wayfair again. I ordered a matching pool table in November 2024 and was told to expect delivery on Dec 16, 2024. On Dec 16, I called to check on the status of the shipment, and they told me it was delayed and I should expect it to be delivered on Dec 23. Item was not delivered on the Dec 23, I called again, and they told me it will be delivered on Dec 26. On Dec 26 I received a text message asking me to confirm delivery, which I did, 5 minutes later, they texted me that the delivery has be delayed and rescheduled.
