Thought the frame would be lighter based on pictures and the wood is rough. Not smooth to the touch, but all in all a solid chair. Loved that it came assembled.

The description said the upholstery was “performance velvet,” but even before I unwrapped it I could see it was more like a duck cloth and definitely not velvet. I’m sending it back without ever fully unpacking it. Also, I later saw the same chair on other websites for almost $200 less than Wayfair, and with free shipping. Very disappointed in Wayfair.

Delivery was quick and easy! The wood and upholstery are beautiful, and it sits comfortably with a lot of padding. It’ll probably lose the support quickly but it’ll be charming. Overall it goes really well with my hard wood floors and mahogany table! Couldn’t be happier. Glad I waited to find these. Worth the price.
