-Update 03/2025- Great chair - still going strong after all these years. COMFORT I am petite at 5'2" and required a chair that could really adjust. I got the chair with adjustable arms, seat glide and synchro tilt. Love all the adjustable options though I'm still not quite sure what synchro tilt really is. I'm a graphic designer and work from home often so this chair gets a lot of use. It's very comfortable! I just needed to add a footstool. My back pain caused by my previous chair has disappeared! ASSEMBLY Assembly was super quick. The instructions are printed on the box (which I didn't notice until after I set it up). It comes in 3 pieces, so pretty much anyone can figure it out. DELIVERY When I ordered it, the delivery date was almost a month later. I called and they said it was because of all the customizable options. However, the actual delivery date was much quicker. It came in 11 days. A nice early surprise!
