I don't think the piping in the seams of the seat cushion is real leather. It wore out very quickly. We have 2 of these chairs in our study and don't sit in them that often, so I am a little disappointed in that. The chair are very comfortable and a nice size. My husband is 6'9" and it suits him well.

Absolutely adorable chair. Darker color than pictured, but I love it!

It looks great now but I do worry that the cushion on the seat will deform (there's already a bit evident after sitting on it a few times). The leather doesn't have that "it'll take anything" feel like some of my other leather furniture. I guess I'll see how it goes, but for the high price for the chair and ottoman, I guess I was expecting a little higher quality leather. I'd recommend the product, but if you're reading this review you should know about this. Finally, Wayfair, if you're listening, your "tracking" is absolutely terrible. According to your tracking website, these goods seemed to be sitting in some wearhouse for several days with zero change. In reality they were being shipped across the country during that time. Why not at least indicate "in transit"?
