I really wanted to love this chair. I purchased this executive chair expecting a high-quality, durable office chair, especially given the premium price. Unfortunately, I've been very disappointed with the height adjustment mechanism, after owning for only 2 months. Every time I adjust the chair to my preferred height using the lever, it slowly slides back down as soon as I sit in it.
This happens repeatedly and makes the chair uncomfortable to use throughout the day. For a chair at this price point, I expected the adjustment system to function properly and hold its position without constant readjustment.
The leather and overall appearance are nice, but the inability to maintain the selected height is a significant flaw that impacts daily use. I would not recommend this chair unless this issue has been addressed by the manufacturer.
Pros: Attractive design, genuine leather appearance.
Cons: Height adjustment does not stay in place and continuously sinks when seated
