Beautiful, functional piece of furniture

Great item. Very happy with the quality although attaching one of the legs was a challenge.

Desk is gorgeous. One piece came damaged. We are currently working with the wayfair team on a resolution.

While the kind delivery drivers put together the desk and brought inside, we had to remove it because the furniture smells SO strongly of chemicals. It has been almost 2 weeks and it is still outgassing in our garage. We even tried to dry it out in the hot sun. We tried leaving the desk outside when local wildfires broke out a week after delivery, hoping the smoke would help dispel some of the odor. The first day it was in the house, it gave me such bad headaches that I almost had to go to the dr. but I was too dizzy to drive. Maybe one day we can bring it back in the house to use but for now I still have to hold my breathe when near it to get into my car.
