It’s beautiful but not very comfortable, it doesn’t have plushy feel

We’re very happy with this sofa—the quality is solid, the cushions are comfortable, and it looks exactly like the photos. The fabric feels durable and well-made, and everything arrived in perfect condition with minimal assembly required. The delivery was on time and professional, and the team brought the sofa directly into our room, which made the experience smooth and hassle-free.

The sales agent that worked with us was great. Ty (Douglasville store)showed great follow-up with the customer and great product knowledge. We were promised a discount because of store closing due to weather and Ty made sure we still received the discount. He made this purchase very easy. I love the sofa. It was exactly what I was looking for and I’m not disappointed.
