Horrible customer service! All the sofa seats had marks on them when I opened the package—they already looked damaged! Wayfair refused to offer replacements, constantly telling me that the manufacturer would handle it. However, all the emails came from Wayfair, and they admitted they couldn’t contact the manufacturer due to a lack of stock. If they had been honest from the start and admitted that the manufacturer never reached out to me, I might have received my replacements. Extremely disappointing experience!
