Chaise rembourrée Mitchal (Ensemble de 2)

I bought them to go with a diningroom table I finished in a metallic silver paint. They look nice with the table. They are not as sturdy as I thought though, as a male guest who sat on one, ended up cracking one of the legs. He weighs about 230 lbs. I thought they would hold more weight then that. We managed to glue it back together with gorilla glue, and I matched the paint color fairly well. Thank goodness the man wasn't hurt, as the leg on the chair buckled over when it cracked.
