The higher back with tilt feature is just what I need for desk comfort. New, so can't comment on durability, but I believe there is a 1 year warranty. Ring attached to the back is completely unnecessary.

Amruta Task Chair in pink velvet. **UPDATE** This chair is very pretty to look at however two main points i want to make after using this chair working from home 8+ hours a day. First if you have cats do not get this chair, second if you sit in this chair occasionally its fine but anything over an hour it is super uncomfortable, no cushion to speak of or the one that is there is hard as a rock.
