I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. First, my bed was delayed for almost two weeks. Then I was told it had already been delivered when it hadn’t. After contacting customer service, they had to send me a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived in terrible condition. The upholstered fabric had visible stains, marks, and dirty spots right out of the box, as shown in my photos. The quality is also very poor. While assembling it, part of the frame broke because the wood is extremely thin and flimsy. On top of that, some of the wooden pieces don’t even line up properly, making assembly difficult and leaving me with a bed that’s only half assembled. Now it’s sitting in my bedroom unfinished because I honestly don’t know what to do with it. I expected much better quality for the money I paid. Between the shipping delays, damaged product, poor craftsmanship, and weak materials, this has been one of the worst furniture purchases I’ve ever made. recommend this bed to anyone.

Box was delivered ripped up and many pieces were missing. The quality was not good as it appears to be flimsy and the wooden pieces were rough. I was very disappointed.

Some spots on fabric. Came out with a toothbrush and Dawn. Some difficulty putting together as screws had to be perfectly lined up.

Delivery was on time and in tacket and assembly was perfect
