I received my desk, but the corner piece of the desk was cracked in the corner. The tech that came and put the desk together called the customer line to request the part be replaced and the tech asked to speak with me. While on the phone the tech " TAEISFA" was very rude and over talking me and got irritated when I asked him if I could get a confirmation of the call just to ensure that the replacement peace was requested for. Very nasty service and makes me think twice about ordering from Wayfair again.

Hard to put together and missing a main part so took days to get.

Very sturdy! heavy metal frame and nice parts. I have several more expensive standing desks already was kind of shocked it was as nice as it is for the price.

Design and appearance is as advertised. The mechanical function is great after one week of use. The ability to have four different preset heights is really helpful because you can just press one button to go to your preferred standing height as opposed to holding down the UP button for 10 seconds. The base of the desk is very stable and secure whether at low height or high height. The surface of the desk is composed of three wood panels which are connected with brackets and screws. the interior corner of the desk is where I find myself resting an elbow while standing or sitting, and I can see this specific place where the panels are joined being a weak spot which could potentially have some give over time. Time will tell. Overall, though, I love the desk and am very pleased.

This desk is what we needed for the space. The connections don’t seem as sturdy as I would prefer, but it works and for the price is a reasonable deal
