Great desk. Its sturdy and does not wobble. Minus one star as the edges of the veneer chip very easily. I color them in with a black sharpie.

I love the desk. It was exactly as described and the reviews were helpful. Simple assembly. I had to give it a 4 (it's a high 4) because one corner was slightly damaged (it may have been a return because of all the additional tape on the box) but I am keeping the desk. Currently working with the Wayfair team so they are aware of suppliers delivery conditions. If you like the idea of the shelf underneath, which I do, you will like the option of items being out of the way and the desk has much more room than I anticipated and plenty of room for the wider criss-cross chair I just ordered and it looks sleek and modern. I would recommend the purchase. We are all aware of items from other countries being susceptible to imperfections due to shipping. Not much comes perfect anymore. Hope the photos are helpful.

First of all it is perfect for the space I wanted to put it in and it's highly functional. The shelf space underneath has been a real design saver with 30 or so art books fitting perfectly with the end books showing beautiful artwork when walking past the desk. Perfect for drawing and supplies; perfect for my antique functional typewriter. Could not be more satisfied with the desk. Simply perfect and makes my small apartment larger not smaller! Love it.

The quality of the materials is impressive. The desktop is thick and feels very solid, not cheap or flimsy like some other desks I've owned. It has a smooth, attractive finish that's easy to clean. The metal legs are sturdy and give the desk a modern, industrial look while providing excellent stability. There's no wobble at all, even when I'm typing quickly.
